This is a 4 week program to improve your golf game and minimize your risk of injury. We will work on developing proper technique, swing mechanics, posture and fitness. We will focus on exercises that will help you understand body awareness, generate power and speed with your swing, and prevent injuries. This will build a stronger foundation to play golf healthy and injury free.
Get your arms, legs and core ready for a swingin' summer! This class will be held in the gym at the clinic on Thursdays from 12:30-1:30pm from April 20th - May 11th, 2017.
An alternate class will be offered on Monday nights from 5:30-6:30pm, starting April 17 - May 8th.
